74º Congresso da Sociedade de Paleontologia de Vertebrados: recorde de apresentações portuguesas



Começa hoje, 5 de Novembro de 2014, o 74º Congresso da Sociedade de Paleontologia de Vertebrados (74th Annual Meeting of the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology) que é talvez o principal congresso mundial da especialidade. Este ano há 18 comunicações de paleontólogos portugueses ou de instituições portuguesas, o que é um número recorde. A variedade de temas também é impressionante: mamíferos, dinossauros, fitossauros, plesiossauros, crocodilos, etc.

Temos vários dos nossos estudantes do Mestrado de Paleontologia da FCTUNL+UÉ a fazer as suas primeiras apresentações num congresso SVP.
